Yes. Every new studio starts with a free first month. You add your card at sign-up, nothing is charged for the first 30 days, and monthly billing starts after that. That month is also uncapped, and it is what we work your first band out from. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
By counting. A few days before each monthly bill we count your active members, put you on the band that count falls into, and email you the number, the date we counted it and what the next bill will be. It moves down as readily as up, so a quiet season costs you less without you having to ask, and you can see the exact list of members behind the number inside your account.

You give us an export from your current system (or a spreadsheet). We load your members, class schedule and membership plans into a StudioFlow account you can review before anything goes live. You point your members at the new portal when you are ready. It costs nothing.
The signals are rules, not a black box. Every card shows exactly why it exists (for example, 3 no-shows in 60 days). Drafting uses AI to write the first version of the email, but nothing ever sends without a human approving it, and nothing is ever sent to a member who has not consented to marketing contact.

Consent is recorded per member and enforced on every send. Marketing only ever goes to people who opted in, and every email carries one-click unsubscribe. Members can be exported or erased on request. Studio data is isolated at the database level with row security.
No. StudioFlow runs in any browser, and members check in by QR code from any device. The kits are for studios that want a dedicated front-desk tablet and card reader without sourcing and configuring it themselves.
