Get the app
The StudioFlow app shows your studio's schedule, your membership and your bookings on your phone. It is in beta, and it is free to install. Prefer not to install anything? Sign in to the web portal below instead, from any phone.
Sign in to your portal
Signing in takes you straight to your studio's member portal, where you can book, cancel and see your membership. If you belong to more than one studio, you land on the one you joined first, and you can switch between them once you are in.
Joining a new studio?
Your studio gives you a join code: a short code like RIVER-4821, on a poster, a card at the front desk, or in an email or text. It connects you to the right studio and sets up your membership. Scan the QR next to the code, or open the link your studio shared, and it takes you straight there.
Scanning opens this app if you have it installed, or your browser if not. Prefer to type it? Open studioflow.ie/j/ followed by your code, for example studioflow.ie/j/RIVER-4821. There is nothing to search for here: the code your studio gave you is all you need, so you do not have to look anything up.
How to
- Book a class
- Open your studio's schedule, tap the class you want and confirm. If the class is full, you can join the waitlist instead.
- Cancel a class
- Cancel from the class in your bookings. Do it before your studio's cancellation window and there is no charge. Cancel inside the window (a late cancel) and your studio's policy applies, which can include a fee.
- Join a waitlist
- When a class is full, join the waitlist. If a place frees up you may be offered it. An offer holds the place for you for a short time, so claim it to lock it in, or it passes to the next person in line.
- Buy a class pack
- Buy a class pack from your studio's store to get a bundle of classes at once, then use one each time you book.
- Check in at the desk
- Open your member card and show the QR code at the front desk. Your studio scans it to check you in on arrival.
- Switch studios
- Belong to more than one studio? Sign in to your member portal to switch between them. Your schedule, membership and bookings all follow the studio you are in.
Delete your account
