The band sets what you pay for the size you are. It does not set what the software does, and it does not decide what you pay on top, because there is nothing on top.

✓A member app included, in beta. Your members get the StudioFlow app, showing them your schedule, their membership and their bookings, alongside a member web portal carrying your logo that works on any phone with nothing to install. The app is in beta; the portal is not.
✓No markup on your payments. Card payments run through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates. We do not add a margin, and we do not take a cut of what your members pay you.

PRICING QUESTIONS

No surprises, on purpose.

How do you decide which band I am on?

We count your active members a few days before each monthly bill and put you on the band that count falls into. It moves down as readily as up, so a quiet season costs you less without you having to ask. You get an email first with the number we counted, the date we counted it and what your next bill will be, and you can see the exact list of members behind that number inside your account.

Can my price go up without me agreeing to it?

It can go up without you doing anything, but never without you being told first. 4 days before a bill changes we email you the count, the band and the date. If the number looks wrong, reply and we will sort it out before you are charged. If you would rather not pay the new band, cancel before it takes effect and you pay nothing further.

Is the first month really free?

Yes. Every new studio gets a free first month. You add your card when you sign up, nothing is charged for the first 30 days, and your first monthly payment starts after that. That free month is also uncapped and doubles as your first count: bring your whole roster over, and we work out your band from what is actually there before you pay anything. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.

Is there a contract?

No. Billing is monthly and you can leave whenever you like. We would rather keep you with the product than with a contract.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on any plan, and migration from your current software is done for you, free. Optional extras like branding or a POS install are quoted separately, and you never need them to get going.

What does free migration include?

The team moves your members, class schedule and membership plans into a StudioFlow account you can review before you switch anything over. Consent records are handled properly under GDPR so your email list arrives usable. It costs nothing.

What happens if my active member count drops?

You pay less, automatically. The monthly count moves you down a band exactly as readily as it moves you up, and we email you to say so. You do not have to ask, downgrade anything or catch us at the right moment. There is no penalty and no lock-in.

Do you take a cut of my payments?

No. Payments run through Stripe at Stripe's standard processing rates. We do not add a margin on your transactions.

Do I really get every feature on the cheapest band?

Yes. The €79 studio gets the same product as the €449 one: the retention queue, the member portal, all 27 reports, loyalty and the email journeys. Bands differ by active member count and nothing else.

What happens the moment I go over a band?

Nothing, on the day. You can add members, sell memberships and run the studio exactly as before: the band edge is not a wall and the software never blocks you for growing. We flag it in your dashboard so it is not a surprise, and the next monthly count is what actually moves your bill.
