Pricing

Pricing is BANDED ON USAGE. There are four published bands, listed below, and they differ by active member count only; every feature is in every band. A studio does not choose a band and does not ask to change one. StudioFlow counts the studio's active members 4 days before each monthly bill, puts them on the band that count falls into, and emails them the count, the date it was taken and the new price before it applies. The band moves DOWN as readily as up, so a studio that shrinks pays less automatically. Monthly billing, no contract, no setup fee on the subscription, free migration. Optional done-for-you setup work (branding, payments setup, a front-desk install) is a separate service, quoted per studio.

An active member is someone with a current membership or unused class credits. Past members stay on your list for free and never count. A studio can see the exact list of members behind its own count inside its account.

Every new studio gets a free first month: a 30-day trial with the card collected up front, and the first monthly payment starting after 30days. The free month is uncapped and is also the first measurement window, so the first bill is set from the studio's real numbers rather than from anything they estimated at signup. A studio can cancel any time during the free month and pay nothing.

Starter: €79/month, up to 50 active members.

Card payments are processed by Stripe at Stripe's standard rates; StudioFlow does not add a margin on transactions.

Integrations, and what is in beta

To keep this honest: Mailchimp, Xero, Google Calendar, Outlook and SMS are optional integrations you connect with your own account, off until you turn them on, rather than features built into the plan. SMS runs through your own Twilio account, so Twilio bills you for it and StudioFlow provides no messaging credit. The native member app is in beta (iOS via TestFlight and an Android preview build), while the member web portal is fully available to everyone. Loyalty features run on the web.
