Delete your account
You can delete your StudioFlow member account at any time. Here is how, and what happens to your information.
Delete it in the app
Open the StudioFlow app and go to Profile, then Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Once you confirm, your sign-in account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Delete it on the web
If you use the member portal in a browser rather than the app, there is no delete button in the portal yet. Email info@studioflow.ie from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will action it and confirm by reply, and it is the same deletion the app performs, just requested by email. This is also the route to use if you cannot access the app. Your portal is at studioflow.ie/login if you want to look over your details first.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in account is deleted, so you can no longer log in, your access to the app is removed, and the notification token for your device is deleted. Your studio's record of your membership is a separate thing and stays with your studio. We let your studio know you deleted your account so it can action your data under its own obligations. If you sign up again later with the same email address, you start with a fresh sign-in, and your studio can reconnect its existing record to you if that is what you both want.
What your studio keeps
Your studio is the controller of its own membership records (your bookings, payments and any agreements you signed with them), and it keeps those under its own legal obligations, such as tax and accounting retention. Deleting your StudioFlow account removes your sign-in and your access to the app, but it does not by itself erase your studio's records. We notify your studio when you delete your account. To have your records erased, you can also ask your studio directly, or email us at info@studioflow.ie and we will pass your request on to them.
