We are a small team building StudioFlow in Cork, Ireland. We make one thing, and we try to make it genuinely good.
Why we built it
Studios and gyms lose members quietly. Someone stops coming, nobody notices for six weeks, and by the time you do, they have already moved on. Meanwhile the software that was supposed to help hides its price behind a sales call and locks the useful features to a tier you have to be upsold into.
We thought that was backwards. So we built one product that does the whole job, put the price on the page, and gave every plan every feature. The part we care about most is the retention queue: it watches for the members who are drifting and hands you the email to bring them back, for a person to read and approve. Software should help you keep members, not just count the ones who left.
What we believe
- Pricing belongs on the page. If you have to ask, it is too expensive.
- Your data is yours. Free export, any day, including the day you leave.
- A human decides every message. We draft outreach; you approve it. No messages fire on their own.
- GDPR is the floor, not a feature. Consent is recorded per member and enforced on every send.
- Built in Ireland, for EU studios. Priced in euro, support from the people who build it.
