It is set up in a parallel account you can review before you go live. Consent records are handled properly under GDPR, so your email list arrives usable, not a liability.

And no hostage clauses on the way out: monthly billing, and you can export everything, free, whenever you like, including the day you leave. We'd rather keep you with the product than with a contract.

Join as a founding studio.

We are onboarding our first studios in Ireland by hand, and looking after them like it. Founding studios get our full attention while we are small enough to give it.

Every studio's first month is free, so for founders we go further on the part that is hard. We do your setup and your migration by hand, and you get a direct line to the people who build the software. The price is the same published one everybody else pays, worked out from your real member count each month. In return we ask for your honest feedback and, once we have earned it, a short testimonial.

✓Every feature, on every plan. Classes, appointments, memberships, class packs, gift cards, the check-in kiosk, the retention queue, loyalty, the email journeys and all 27 reports. Plans differ by how many active members you have, and by nothing else.
✓A member app included, in beta. Your members get the StudioFlow app, showing them your schedule, their membership and their bookings, alongside a member web portal carrying your logo that works on any phone with nothing to install. The app is in beta; the portal is not.
✓No markup on your payments. Card payments run through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates. We do not add a margin, and we do not take a cut of what your members pay you.
✓No 12-month contract. Monthly billing, cancel any time. If your active member count falls, your band moves down automatically and you pay less, with no penalty and nothing to ask for.
