Reports and CSV export
Reports turn the day's activity into numbers we can act on. Every report lives in one place, and each one exports to CSV with the same filters we see on screen.
- Open Reports. Go to the Reports area. Every report is a card on a single page, so we can review the whole week from one screen.
- Pick a report. Choose the card that answers our question. Reports cover areas such as revenue and recurring revenue, sales by item, no-shows and cancellations, credit liability, money owed, and failed payments.
- Set the date range. Use the range controls at the top to pick a preset period or set a custom from and to date. The whole report updates to match.
- Read the headline, then the detail. The tiles at the top give the summary figures. The tables underneath break them down by member, class, plan, source or payment method.
- Reconcile against Stripe. Open the revenue reconciliation view to tie our recorded revenue to what actually settles via Stripe, with any unreconciled difference shown rather than hidden.
- Export to CSV. Use the export on any report to download exactly what we are looking at. The file carries the same filters and date range as the screen, so there are no surprises.
- Open it in a spreadsheet. The CSV opens in any spreadsheet for VAT returns, our accountant, or any deeper slicing we want to do ourselves.
Good to know
- Reports are read-only and scoped to our own studio. Opening them needs an owner or manager sign-in.
- Amounts are in EUR, and reconciliation compares our recorded revenue against Stripe charge and refund totals.
- A very wide date range can hit a safety limit and leave some rows out. Narrow the period for a complete export.
