Take a payment: sell a membership, pack or drop-in
Every payment runs through your studio's own Stripe account, so the money lands straight in your account. Here is how a member pays for a membership, class pack or drop-in, and how you follow it from the front desk.
- Set up what you sell. Before you can take a payment, make sure the membership, pack or drop-in exists in Plans, priced in euro with its own credits or unlimited access.
- Buy from the member portal. The quickest sale is the member signing in and choosing a plan in their own portal, on their phone at the desk or from home. They pick it and pay by card.
- Secure and EU ready. Checkout runs through Stripe and is ready for EU strong customer authentication, so Irish and EU cards clear cleanly. Card details never touch StudioFlow.
- The plan applies itself. On a successful payment the membership activates or the credits land straight away, and a receipt is emailed automatically. Nothing to key in by hand.
- Renewals and one-off packs. An unlimited membership is a monthly subscription that auto-renews. A class pack or drop-in is a single payment for a set number of credits.
- Let members pre-load credit. From their portal a member can top up account credit and spend it later towards bookings or purchases, handy for regulars who like to pay ahead.
- Check it landed. Open the member's record and look at Purchase history. Every completed payment shows there, newest first, with the amount and what it granted.
- Adjust at the desk. From the member's page you can grant or apply account credit, or change their plan, and any price difference is worked out for you.
