Create memberships, packs, drop-ins, intro offers and €0 staff plans

Plans are the things the studio sells: memberships, class packs, drop-ins and €0 staff passes. Here is how we set them up, plus how an intro offer sweetens the first purchase for new members.

  1. Open Plans. Go to Settings and open Plans. This page lists everything the studio currently sells.
  2. Pick the plan type. Every plan is either a class pack, which sells a set number of credits, or unlimited, which gives access for the whole billing period.
  3. Fill in name and price. When adding a plan, start from a ready-made option or type your own name, then set the price in euro.
  4. Set the credits. For a class pack, enter how many classes the pack includes. Unlimited plans do not use credits, so that field disappears.
  5. Make a drop-in. A drop-in is simply a class pack with the credits set to 1, priced as a single class.
  6. Add a €0 staff plan. For staff or comp access, create a plan and set the price to 0. We may warn about the very low price, so confirm and save it anyway.
  7. Retire a plan. To stop selling something, deactivate it. It vanishes from members' purchase screens but stays here so old purchases keep the right name.
  8. Add an intro offer. In Settings, open Intro offer to set a one-time, time-boxed price for new members. It applies automatically at checkout with no code and shows on your public booking page. You can run one at a time.

Good to know

  • Prices are in euro and charged through your studio's own Stripe.
  • Plan type is locked once a plan is created. To switch between pack and unlimited, deactivate it and build a new one.
  • Edits to a plan only affect future purchases; existing members and past sales are not rewritten.
