Add or import members (CSV and by hand)

Everyone who books, pays, or checks in needs a member record. We can add them one at a time, import a whole list from a spreadsheet, or let them sign themselves up from our public booking page.

  1. Open the Members page. From the main menu, open Members. This is where our whole base lives, with a search box and filters across the top.
  2. Add one by hand. Click Add member and fill in their name and contact details. This is the quickest way to log a single walk-in or a phone enquiry.
  3. Import a spreadsheet. Click Import CSV and upload your file. Review what is about to be added before you confirm, so we can catch a bad column before anything is saved.
  4. Growing is free, and your price follows your numbers. There is no member limit to hit, so we can add or import as many members as we like and neither route is ever blocked. Our monthly price follows our active member count, which StudioFlow measures a few days before each renewal. If that count moves us into a higher band, we get an in-app notice and the next invoice adjusts automatically, so there is no tier to upgrade by hand.
  5. Let members self-join. Share our public booking page and members can create their own record when they sign up or book. These appear in the list automatically.
  6. Find the new members. Use the search box to look someone up by name, email, or phone. New members show up in the list as soon as they are added.
  7. Put them on a membership. A member record on its own does not grant access. Open the member and assign a plan so they can book and pay.

Good to know

  • Nothing is saved until we confirm the import, so a wrong file can be cancelled with no clean-up.
  • Self-join and import both land in the same Members list, so however someone joins, we manage them all in one place.
