Preview and share your public booking page
Every studio gets a public booking page at studioflow.ie/s/your-slug. It works without a login, shows your upcoming classes with spots left, and sends everyone straight into joining or booking. Here is how to preview it and get it out there.
- Find your link. In Settings, open your studio profile and branding. Your public web address is studioflow.ie followed by /s/ and your slug. Copy it.
- Add your branding. On the same screen, paste a logo image URL, write a short description, and add your address and VAT or company numbers. These are optional and owner-edited, and they show at the top and foot of the page.
- Preview it. Paste the link into any browser, or open a private window. There is no login, so you see exactly what a new visitor sees.
- Check the schedule. The page groups your upcoming classes by day and shows spots left, including when a class is full but still has a waitlist. If it is empty, publish your timetable first.
- Check your team. The team section lists your bookable trainers with photo, bio and specialties. Fill these in on each staff record to make it look complete.
- Show a live intro offer. If you have an intro offer running, a banner invites new visitors at the top of the page. Eligible new members get the offer price automatically at checkout through your own Stripe.
- Share the link. Post it on social, add it to your Instagram bio, or put it on your own website.
- Make a QR code. Turn the link into a QR code for your door, flyers or class posters. A scan opens the page on any phone.
- Test the funnel. Tap a class button yourself. Every button routes members into the join and booking flow, so a click becomes a booking.
Good to know
- The page updates itself. As you publish classes, add staff or change branding, the public page reflects it straight away.
- Signed-in members who open the link get a shortcut to their own portal instead of the join flow.
- The logo is a pasted image URL, not an upload. Host the image somewhere first, then paste the link.
