Set up your studio

Getting a new studio live is a checklist, not a mystery. We work through the setup hub in order and we're ready to take bookings and payments. Each item links straight to the screen where we set it up.

  1. Open the setup hub. Go to Finish setting up. It shows what's done and what's still to do, and links straight to each screen so we never have to hunt for it.
  2. Name your studio. In Settings then Studio profile, set the studio name, public web address, and timezone. The timezone matters: every class time and booking depends on it. This screen is owner only.
  3. Add branding. Still in Studio profile, optionally add a logo (paste an image link), a short description, the address, and a VAT or company number. These show on our public page.
  4. Set opening hours. Under Business hours, set opening and closing times for each day, mark any day as Closed, and add dated closures for bank holidays, time off, or a refurbishment day.
  5. Add rooms and the team. Create the rooms where classes run, then invite staff and give each person the right role so they can log in and work the desk.
  6. Build plans and classes. Create the membership plans and packs members buy, priced in euro, then add the first classes to the timetable so there's something to book.
  7. Check the booking page. Use the View your public page link to see exactly what members see when they find us online, and make sure it reads the way we want.
  8. Connect payments. Connect the studio's own Stripe account so members can pay by card. Checkout runs through Stripe, and StudioFlow records the sale and sends the receipt.

Good to know

  • The setup hub tracks progress, so we can stop and come back anytime without losing our place.
  • Branding fields are optional. Skip them for launch and add them later if we're short on time.
  • Payments run through the studio's own Stripe account, using secure card checkout (EU SCA-ready).
