Book a member into a class (and member self-booking)
Booking a member into a class takes seconds from the front desk, and members can book themselves from their own portal or your public page. Every booking runs through the same check, so no one gets booked who isn't eligible.
- Open the class. Open the class you want from the classes list. The booking control only appears on upcoming classes.
- Pick the member. In the attendees section, open the add-member control. Each name shows that member's current access, such as credits remaining or unlimited, so we can see at a glance who can book.
- Book them in. Select the member and confirm the booking. It checks their plan and the class capacity before it confirms.
- Watch the credit. A class-pack booking uses one credit; an unlimited plan uses none. The confirmation tells us exactly what was used.
- Handle a block. If a member has no active plan or no credits left, we can't book them. The screen shows the reason and what to fix.
- When the class is full. If the class is already full, the member joins the waitlist instead. When a spot opens we can promote them, or remove them from the list.
- Cancel if plans change. Each booked member has a cancel option on upcoming classes to free their spot.
- Member self-booking. Members can also book themselves from their portal or your public booking page. It runs the same check, so operator and member bookings behave identically, and members see their own bookings and waitlist position in their class history.
Good to know
- The list reflects live eligibility, so a drained pass or lapsed plan shows before we confirm.
- Booked, checked in, cancelled, late cancel, no-show and waitlisted are the statuses shown on a booking, for us and the member.
