Find a member's membership card
Every member has a digital membership card with their name, plan and a QR code for check-in. Here is how to find it, whether we are pulling one up at the desk or pointing a member to their own.
- What is on it. The card shows the member's name, their plan, a status badge and a QR code. At the door, our check-in scanner reads that QR to check them in, so no paper card is needed.
- Point members to theirs. Members find their own card by signing in to their portal and choosing Membership card from the menu. It opens in any phone browser, so they can show it at the desk straight away. No app needed.
- Open Members. To pull a card up yourself, go to Members and search for the person by name.
- Open their record. Select the member to open their record, where we keep their plan, credits and history.
- View member home. At the top of the record, use the View member home link to open that member's own portal.
- Open the card. In the portal menu, choose Membership card to see their live card and QR code.
- Check them in. Hold the QR to our check-in scanner to check the member into their class. The badge reads Active when they are good to go, or Attention when something needs a look first.
Good to know
- The QR holds only the member's own ID, nothing private, so it is safe to display and scan.
- A member without their phone can still be checked in from the desk the usual way. The card is a convenience, not the only route.
- The status badge is a quick read: Active means they can book, Attention means their plan or credits need a look.
