Launch a loyalty challenge from a template
Loyalty challenges reward members for showing up. We start one from a ready-made template in the challenge wizard, then progress updates by itself every time a member checks in.
- Enable loyalty first. Open Settings, then Loyalty, and switch the module on. While it is off, no challenge progress moves, so this comes first.
- Start a new challenge. Go to Challenges and choose New challenge. A short wizard walks us through the goal, the audience, the dates, the reward, and the card design.
- Pick a template. Start from a ready-made template, such as a first-weeks challenge or a win-back challenge. It fills in sensible settings for us, and we can adjust anything afterward.
- Choose the goal. Set how many classes count toward the goal and which classes qualify. Progress moves on verified check-ins only, never on a booking.
- Set the audience and dates. Pick who the challenge is for and whether members join themselves or are enrolled automatically. Then choose a rolling window or fixed start and end dates.
- Choose the reward. Pick a collectible card, class credits, EUR account credit, or something we hand over at the desk. Credit and class-credit rewards have a real cost, so weigh up the most the challenge could add up to before committing.
- Style the card. Name the challenge, pick the card tier and design, and check the live preview and summary before going ahead.
- Publish it. Publish the challenge to make it live, and confirm when prompted. Publishing locks the goal and reward; the name, story and card details stay editable afterward.
- Members track it. Members follow their progress in their member portal, and the reward lands automatically once they complete the challenge.
Good to know
- Save draft at any point to finish later. A draft sits on the challenges list and does nothing until we publish it.
- A collectible card or a hand-over reward is not the same as account credit or class credits, so pick the reward type that matches what the member actually receives.
