Your StudioFlow bill: bands and the active member count

StudioFlow does not ask us to pick a tier and stay on it. The price follows how many active members we actually have, measured a few days before every renewal, and there is a receipt showing exactly who counted and why.

  1. Open Plan and billing. Go to Settings, then Plan and billing. It shows the band we are on, its price, and when the subscription next renews.
  2. Read the two numbers. The tile shows the count that was measured, with the date it was taken, and the count today. They are deliberately two different numbers: the measured one explains the price we are paying now, and today's is a preview of the next measurement.
  3. See exactly who counted. Open the who-counted receipt from that tile. It lists every member who counted toward the price and the reason each one did, in the words of the rule they met.
  4. Watch for the notice. Before any band change, the owner is emailed. The notice names the count, the date it was taken, the new band, its price and the date the new price starts, and links to the receipt.
  5. There is nothing to upgrade by hand. No tier to change and no plan to pick. The band follows the count in both directions, so a quiet month moves us down as readily as a busy one moves us up.
  6. Growing is never blocked. Nothing in StudioFlow refuses a member, an import, a credit grant or a checkout because of a band. Going over a band between measurements changes nothing about what we can do.
  7. Do not confuse it with Plans. Plans is the catalogue of memberships and packs we sell to our members. Plan and billing is what we pay StudioFlow. They are different screens and different money.

Good to know

  • Every feature is included in every band. Bands differ only by how many active members we have.
  • Everyone on the list is free to keep. Only members who meet the active rule in the last 90 days, or who are paying us right now, count toward the price.
